Main Purpose:
To create orders, replenish stock, release orders, pick, check, invoice and dispatch – For Customers both Internal & External.
Key Results Area:
- Updating PCU with mass and volume
- Capturing of Orders via Syspro
- Monitor and track orders on System.
- Replenishment of stock for orders created.
- Allocate and release orders via WMS.
- Assign and pick order using scanner.
- Check and Invoice order on WMS.
- Perpetual cycle counts
- Updating daily performance report
- Supervising of Display team
- Stock locating
- Managing and Monitoring stock movements to and from the department
- Liaising with Brand Managers, Area Managers and Visual Coordinators for queries on their orders and stock on hand.
- Ensure on counter promotion dates are met.
- POSM must be dispatched with basic stock orders.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Self Motivated
- 2 -3 years warehousing experience
- Syspro Knowledge Advantage
- Datascope WMS – Advantage
- PC Literacy
- MS Office Knowledge
