Innisfree Makes Its South African Debut Through Education and Experience.

To introduce Innisfree to the South African market and the SkiNcolab community, the brand hosted an immersive masterclass designed to bring the world of Korean skincare to life through education, discovery and hands-on experience.

The event welcomed 13 influencers for an intimate brand journey, where guests explored Innisfree’s nature-powered skincare philosophy through guided product routines, expert skincare advice and personalised skin mapping sessions. Inspired by the brand’s Jeju Island heritage, the experience was complemented by green-themed sensory elements, including matcha-inspired drinks and treats that reflected Innisfree’s connection to nature.

The masterclass successfully combined education with engagement, empowering creators with a deeper understanding of the brand, its ingredients and how to build effective skincare routines. Influencers shared their experiences across social media, generating 37 pieces of content that reached nearly 75,000 consumers and delivered more than 275,000 impressions.

The campaign also achieved strong engagement, generating over 7,900 interactions and an average engagement rate of 5.35%.

Through meaningful education and authentic storytelling, Innisfree successfully introduced its unique K-Beauty heritage to a new audience, laying the foundation for long-term brand growth in South Africa.
