Job Specific Requirements
- Oversee the replenishment process to maintain accurate and sufficient stock levels.
- Utilize inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and identify potential shortages of fast-moving products (AA, A and B classification)
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfil customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Lead and motivate a team of replenishment staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to replenishment, such as fill rates, stockouts.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance replenishment processes and meet performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address issues related to replenishment.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of stock from receiving dept.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment for the replenishment team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and replenishment strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of fragrance products or related industries is a plus.
