About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our brand’s marketing strategy in the local market. You’ll be the vital link between our business and the regional office — aligning global marketing values with local execution, tracking performance, and spotting opportunities and threats before they land. You’ll also act as the primary point of contact for clients and regional office across marketing, events, visual merchandising and training.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Marketing Strategy — Plan, develop, and implement the local marketing strategy in line with regional objectives. Communicate the annual marketing plan to all relevant departments and retailers, and coordinate planning, budgeting, and implementation across Marketing, Media & PR, Visual Merchandising, and Training.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting — Consolidate local reports for internal and regional leadership, analyse variances between projected and actual sales, and recommend action plans. Track market trends and competitor activity, providing regional office with data-driven insights.
- Buying — Review trend projections and pre-buying packages based on sell-out, stock levels, and planned openings, ensuring orders align with budget, forecast, and lead times.
- Client Relationship Management — Understand each client’s needs, communicate relevant data proactively, build strong working relationships, and ensure clients have the tools they need to optimise sell-out.
- Administration & Financials — Compile business reviews for regional office, report on relevant economic activity, and use sales forecasting and strategic planning to drive product and service performance.
- Team Leadership — Guide, coach, and develop your team; manage appraisals, set objectives and budgets, and make recommendations on hiring, promotion, and discipline as needed.
